If you look close at the gage picture there is an OIL and AMP light on it. Its a 4 way gage. Thats what the two lights were added for on yours.
The gage with the green and red indicators is an air filter service indicator, when the filter gets restricted the gage shows red and the filter needs serviced. They don't move much.
The throttle area is complete, just dirty.
