I had right shoulder rebuilt twice and right knee once. You will get so bored waiting to get better, but do not rush it and do more damage. I also had back problems in 1978 and did not listen to the doctor. I re-injured it and was laid up for 19 weeks before going again. And by all means, follow the rehab routine.
