Dave, when I restored my Super C I wanted Firestone 151 Field and Road tires only. I checked with several tire dealers and they all wanted the Firestone MSRP of $395 each. I checked with a small used tractor and equipment dealer in a small town about 40 miles away as I was going through the area and saw he had tires as well. He didn't have the size (11.2 X 36) in stock but said he would order them for me at his cost and $25 extra for the pair. As I recall his cost delivered the next week was $315 each. I was very pleased with the price and service he provided even though I had to go back to get them the following week. Give the little local out of the way folks a shot at your business and you might juat be surprised, Hal.
