I'm no expert on the fast hitch, but it's an entirely different type of hitching system. I think that it has two prongs that mate with receivers on special implements. I guess you were able to hitch these implements off without getting off the tractor. According to Guy Fay's book, a tractor with fast hitch is quite valuable. A drawbar is simply a bar attached to the tractor, either directly to the axles or to another hitch system, with holes to set a hitch pin through.
