If I was buying, yes. Mike at Steel Wheel Ranch has(had?) a decent 300 with no TA and a transmission driven PTO. I didn't buy it, but bought a stage 2 Super M instead. Although I use my 460U very little, 3rd TA and 4th TA are the best speeds for what I use it for. I do not agree with the opinion of some people that they were not designed to be used in TA for long periods of time. Although handy for short periods of use under heavy pull, the additional speeds are what I like. The TA was the forerunner of the 8 speed up powershifts on most makes of tractors.
