The PTO for sure needs to be rebuilt because the clutches are cooked, but if you are in a big hurry, you could just hook the loader to the tractor's own hydraulics and eliminate that pump/tank altogether.

Here's a fast fix:

What I mean is, you cold take the feed hose at the F-11's control valve (original small pressure hose from the PTO pump) and feed it from the LOWER port on one of the tractor's remotes. Then take the return line (at the other side of the F-11's control valve---this hose now dumps into the lower part of the F-11 tank) and route it to the UPPER port on the tractor's remote.

This would take the Farmhand pump and tank completely out of the picture.

Tie that remote handle BACK and your in business again using the tractor's hydraulics instead of the PTO.
