'48 C leaking rear end oil

HELP!!!!!!!! My C farmall is leaking oil out of the rear end! is is coming from just above the PTO shaft, where the belt pulley mounts, I think it mounts there anyway. I tightend the 2 bolts up, but to no avail! It is also leaking out the axle housing at the end on the left hand side(as looking at it from behind). Any help is greatly appreciated!!
