JD 512 loader is rated for about 2500 pounds. I have a 6' bucket, pallet forks, and a hay spear for it. Most of the round bales are on the small side, I would guess 1000lbs. I maintain about 25,000 sq. ft. of crushed conrete driveway and parking lot so I use the bucket to move the crushed concrete after it's delivered and to spread it. I palletize any thing I can so I don't have to lift any more that I have to. Most of these pallets are light. The JD5103 is a 06 model with 198 hours. I don't use it alot.
