It should be able to slide off relatively easy. However you may have to heat it up with a torch and try to pull or drive it off. Or if its really bad you may have to pull the axle and put the whole axle in a hydraulic press in order to get it to move, thats what I had to do with one off a 560W, simply because it was so rusted to the axle.
