He states that the tractor has been on the farm for more than 50 years, and it always looked like that, which is entirely possible, because 55 years ago is when the 350 and 450 Farmalls with the red and white paint scheme were introduced, and very soon after that, quite a few Hs and Ms received new paint jobs so they would resemble the new, just introduced Farmalls. I have known of several Hs and Ms just in my area that received the treatment.
I think it is safe to say that the M in the picture DID NOT come from the factory with that paint scheme.
