Are you shutting it off the the key and it quits right when you shut it off? The bowl should be full then. How much time evolves till you try to restart it, a day or week? Are you pulling the bottom plug in the carb to tell that it is empty?
Those new viton tipped needles do stick but if it runs allright after it starts, I'd think about something else.
