We've been down this road before on this board. IH NEVER produced an F-20 with an electric start option. Also IH NEVER produced an F-20 post production or retrofit electric start kit. If you have an F-20 equipped with an electric starter it was produced by the Hyster Company or one of their competitors. It was a kit you could purchase that included a starter, bell housing, and flywheel or just a ring gear in some cases. Some kits also included a battery box and generator. This does make for an interesting F-20 but it is not a factory option. hope this helps..
