pintobill, Sorry to burst your bubble here, The X1 designation means the your tractor came from the factory as a Gasoline tractor not Distalate fuel. Yes it is a little higher compression than the distalate models. Usually flat top pistons or step pistons. I an not aware of longer or shorter rod length Though they may have been used at times.
