There are several methods. If you are trying to remove the steering wheel from the shaft. Use some kind of penetrating oil. Then a 3 jawed puller and impact wrench works good. you may have to heat the hub of the steering wheel. If you are trying to pull the whole shaft you will have to take apart the universal joint as the yoke is part of the shaft. If your tractor has power steering. I don t have an answer for you other than look it over and figure it out.
