I have a farmall h that has not ran for several years and am trying to get it going soaked carb and cleaned very good and put complete carb repair kit in got running. Starts and runs good but very poor throttle response. Looked at govenor and found binding throttle linkage fixed linkage problem and syncronized carb to govenor per tech manual trying to set high and low idle speeds per manual but very hard to get set. Seems like it either idles or wide open have to move throttle half way before tractor starts to speed up. Removed distribitor and checked for broken advance springs or stuck advance wheights noiticed dis springs are two different ones should they be this way and where can a person find new ones. Also looked at govenor brs and thrust washer all look ok and everything is free noticed when throttle at idle wheights are bolth free and I can wiggle them on pivot pins not like holes worn out just in and out a little like I belive they should but if throttle is wide open I can wiggle one wheight a little and the other one is tight dose anyone have any advice for dis or govenor Thanks
