needing some input on my tractor,the pto is weak,checked pressure coming out of mcv and its only at 125 psi and should be around 220-250psi,if I remember correctly when i did the flow test it tested good at 12gpm,could the pump be weak or maybe the gaskets on the mcv valve be leaking,wondering if anybody else has had this problem. all other hydraulic functions work properly.thanks
