I think Jim at 603-361-6682 (NH) may have what you want. He put it up twice on eBay and it did not sell. Starting bid was around $300 the first time and half that on the second go-around. I would offer around $75.
Not sure it is the right cylinder but it looks similar to the one on the caseih.com parts book for the 364. The eBay listings are several months old and are no longer available for viewing.
