Stefano, my caseih sediment bowl does the same thing. When I clean and dump it, I have to leave it loose to get it to fill. I am one of those who turns the fuel valve off and lets the tractor die by running out of fuel. The carb is always empty so it won't start if I don't loosen the sediment bowl to get rid of the air lock.
I've been having rust issues again. My rolled up window screen going into the gas tank plugs up with rust. I took it out and stuck a piece of rubber gas hose so it sticks up a little more than an inch as Allan in NE has always recommended.
