For the information of others, the MRS-14 was the equivilent of the Cat DW-10 and the MRS-18 was the equivilent of the Cat DW-15. After these models, MRS changed its design and went to four wheel drive tractors and used a unique weight transfer system from the scraper to the tractor. At one time during the 60's MRS built the largest production tractor/scraper in the world for use in strip mines. After the DW-15 Cat also changed their design and went to two wheel tractors which put all of the tractor weight on the drive wheels. The DW-21 was the first Cat two wheel tractor model.
