Here is another issue I'm dealing with after I got her running yesterday. It seems that there is no response out of the throttle unless moved all the way forward. To me it seems as if the governor needs adjusting or repairing.
At first when we started her up, there was NO RESPONSE unless you moved the arm going to the carburetor, and when you moved it, it would stay where you put it (very stiff). Was that due to the fresh coat of paint?? Now, today when you move the throttle control on the dash it revs up only when you push it all the way forward.
It has progressed some, but still isn't right. Watch the video and tell me what you guys think.
