I have a 350 International tractor and it has a new starter and starter solinoid all new wires for key switch and on off switch. The tractor still turns over hard have not got it to run in awhile but was that way when i bought it and have ran it alot . The tractor was suppose to have just had a overhaul do you think the timeing is off ? But it sounds like something is drag by the flywheel i can pull the starter off and it spins great. I donot see anything odd down in the starter hole . Any help would be Thankful
