i used a four in my super m that i removed from my 98 grand prix gtp. i used them temporarily about a year ago and haven't found a reason to change them yet. they work great. it makes the super m run so much smoother, especially at idle. i'd recomend them to anyone. as far as the spark plug #s when you buy the adapters they send a cross reference chart with them. it doesn't have all the the brands on it, but between the chart and the plug manufacturers web sites,there is enough info to get an idea what to use.
