Thanks for the response and where might Mills Fleet Farm stores be located? Do you have any contact information that I could use to contact them. When you mention the mounting brackets are they the type that mounts to the frame rails and the box has a couple of open areas that slides down over the brackets? The purpose for being so removable is so you can take the box of tools back to whatever you are working on but the down side of that is the tool box can bounce off the brackets on rough ground.
