I am in Brighton...you are north of Lansing a piece and I am due east. If I had more energy I would go over and buy that one but looking at what is there, along with the asking price and the very soft market, I would say the profit potential is not huge. Or at least not big enough for me to haul over there and get the thing. I have two in the shop right now and a solemn promise to self that I will not buy another until I get these all running and looking presentable.
