The mid-west should be full of them, Mo., Minn., Iowa, Wisc., Ill. ,etc. They were a very popular small row crop tractor in the '50s. Dad owned 3 or 4 Cs and at least one SC from '49 until he died in '84, then Mom had one for another 10 or 12 years after he was gone. Should not be hard to find a complete tractor and all the parts anyone would need.
