You have a completely different set up than an H. Original equipment was a sleeve type bearing with an oil reservoir around it. Oil is added bu removing a small screw on the outside of the hub. Fill it with oil, turn it so it faces down and let the excess oil drain out, and reinstall the screw.
Since the fan "turns out of round" most likely the bearing is too far gone to still be serviceable. Replacement fan bearing assemblies use a sealed ball bearing assembly like a modern water pump.
