There is or supposed to be gear oil in the front steering gearbox. There are two seals, one were the steering shaft goes in and one were the bolster comes out. You will need to pull the gear box apart clean and inspect every thing and install new seals. There are two gaskets you will need to. All parts can be bought from your local CaseIH dealer.
