I think he is looking for the arch that plugs into the Fast Hitch sockets, not something to replace the Fast Hitch.
Dimensions are going to be tough to come by unless you can find one and measure it yourself. It's a commercial product, and the manufacturer is certainly not going to give you their engineering drawings... They're in business to make money.
Or, you can roll your own. All you need is a 3pt implement to measure up, and use as a welding jig for the arch frame. Insert two blank fast hitch points into the sockets on the Super C, back up to the arch, and weld them together.
