Tough to tell not seeing any of it. Pretty desirable tractor if in good running condition. With all the stuff that needs to be fixed I would question how well it has been taken care of and what is wrong that you don"t see. I"d just be guessing on the loader but would put each implement at $100, maybe $400 to $500 for the loader if in decent condition. Maybe $1500 for the tractor assuming you can do the repair work, otherwise I would stay away from it. I can tell you when my mother had her farm sale over fifteen years ago our 300U sold for $2500 with both the engine and the rear end locked up. Like others have said before it is worth whatever the seller and buyer agree upon.
