A few weeks ago I flipped my wheels around by myself on my M. I pulled the rim/tire off from the centers, slide the centers out, and flipped them around, and re-installed the rim/tire to the centers. It wasn't easy, but at 6'5'' and 280lbs I'm not exactly a small guy. I'd seek help or use an engine hoist if you don't think you can handle it. They're a LOT heavier than they look.
