I have a farmall H tricycle front with power steering. The power steering was an add on by the local farm shop. He charged about $1000 to do it. I am not certain how much the parts were but I am pretty certain he spent the better part of a day doing it. (he did it for an old timer that died before he even had a chance to use it and then they auctioned it)
The power steering is nice because I have a loader on it but without the loader I wouldnt bother with it. Just my 2 cents.
