I"ve got hydraulic fluid leaking on the back of my 674 International Tractor. It"s leaking to the left side of both PTO shafts through a circular piece of metal next to these PTO shafts. Can anyone tell me what this piece of circular metal is for? Do I need to pull this out and replace a seal? Never had this problem before and don"t want to tinker with this until I know what this is for and until I know more about it. I appreciate any help or information you could give me.
