I haven't been reading the posts but have seen that you have been having problems. Are you SURE you are at TDC on the COMPRESSION stroke? Are the valves set too tight and not closing? Is there any way you could put a timing light on it to verify you are getting spark at the right time? Just some thoughts that might help. Good luck.
