Hi All
I'am new to this forum and just went to say hi . I have a collection of red around here it includes 1949 W-4 , 1950 H, 1952 SMD , 1957 350U gas ,1937 Mc Cormick Deering Ronning ensilage harvester, single hole corn sheller, ace bottom plow on steel ( 2 bottoms) and tool and collectables , lititure , just anything IH related . I work for a trucking outfit as a mechanic , I have been working on trucks , heavy equipment and tractors for 25+ years now . I grow up on a farm and all we had was IH ,farming went to crap when I was a kid so Dad rented it out and keep the oldy around , he would rather fix then farm ( I rather farm then fix , go figure ) ,no matter how it happen we got bit by the same bug ( old red iron ) . Dad is past on now but I still love them , maybe more now than I did back then , just keeping the memory alive and well and think no tractor should be scraped just built into one good one ..........................apps
