F20 Clutch

Am I missing something or is it just hard to remove the clutch assembly from the flywheel. I am currently restoring a F20 and before I remove the engine I would light to remove the clutch. I removed all the bolts and have place penetrating oil on for the last month. It just will not come out. This tractor his its share of rust, and has been probally sitting for the last 40 years but I would think it should come out. Any help at this point would be greatfull. Thanks Wayne.
