These tractors have wet sleeve engines and it is fairly common for the sealing o-ring to fail on the bottom of the sleeve, allowing coolant into the oil. Best way to tell is to pull the oil pan, with it full of coolant and watch for a drip from the bottom of one of the sleeves. If you find that is the problem, you will have to pull the head, remove that sleeve and either replace the o-ring, or if the engine is due an overhaul, just go ahead and install new sleeve assemblies.
