Assuming the hydraulic pump is not leaking Hytran into the engine, diluting the oil. The first step is to pull the oil pan and check the end frame of the oil pump. These often get warped and will allow oil to bypass. They need to be flat sanded on a flat piece of glass with 250, then 400 grit Silicon Carbide Paper. This will flatten the end plate. the end clearance is .001" to .0005" plastigauge will work to set this using different thicknesses of very thin gasket material. This is the most prevalent reason for low pressure. If thirty weight is in it, and the pump is not at fault, putting 15-40 oil in it will help. Jim
