Just something to check on your "non-stop" PTO. Both early planetary type and later clutch type have an adjustable brake which just may be out of whack on your 460.I think it would be best to try and get hold of a workshop manual before trying to do the adjustment, both types are fairly simple to adjust.Regards, Redfan.
