Fluids for 414 diesel

I have just acquired a B414 diesel (British 1960's)which has been neglected for a few years. I want to change all of the oils before I breath life into the old girl. Suggestions needed for engine, trans, rear axel, lift for the 3-point and anything else I may have forgotten. I have no history on the unit. Will be used in Florida. Should all be flushed out?
