Bad news, no new ones out there. There are a lot of H distillate manifolds around but very, very few with a functional heat valve. Your best bet is trying to find a decent manifold with a rusted shut valve (usually around $50), drill/cut/chisel out the remains, find a NOS valve and make a new shaft. I have a distillate Super H which has an extremely rare manifold due to the larger carb mounting flange. The valve is the same part as on the H. I found a NOS valve so I know they exist. I got mine at www.littleredtractorco.com. Give it a shot, he may have another. As to the petcock for the tank, they have a distinct appearance and are not available in an exact reproduction but you can get a functional replacement at McMaster or similar places.
