Tex you need to get #1 piston on TDC. Make sure you are on the compression stroke and not between exhaust and intake stroke. Otherwise your cub will sound like a JD 40. Once you have established that, look at the rotor position. That post will be #1. Then in clockwise order 3,4,2.
