Yes the English at Doncaster built a lot of BM's BMD's and Super BMs and exported many to the British Commonwealth countries. The BMD's came with glow plugs and did not start on petrol like the US built MD. I have a 1954 Super BM and my brother in law has an English BM and a US Built M, all in New Zealand. The only other place I am aware that assembled/built Ms was Australia. Where they are known as the AM. I suggest you go to the Google books website and look up "Farmall Tractors in the 1950s" by Guy Fay, and there on page 85 and 86 you can read about the history of English production of Farmall Tractors built at Doncaster. Guy Fay's books are well researched and an excellent read.
