Hi Paul, I know what its like to be in your position. About a year ago an IHC tractor was given to to me, I knew nothing about IHC tractors, and once I brought this rusted old tractor home, it was all that I thought about. After making numerous phone calls I ended up talking to a very helpful man at a tractor parts house in brawley, california. He was the one who helped me to determine that the old tractor I befriended was a 1942 model I-6, I have yet to find many people who even know what an I-6 is, so maybe he could help you to identify your tractor as well. The place is called " Pre Owned Parts ", and as I said is located in brawley, Ca. The phone # is 1-800-488-3490. The man to talk to is named Hugh Jr. There may be helpful sources closer to your location, but this guy was really helpful, and helped me to get started with my project Good luck to you! Tom
