Your 1941 H has the early style of PTO, and the "44 has the late style. To remove the mower, you do NOT need to remove ANY parts from the PTO, but the belt pulley for the Woods does have to be removed from the PTO shaft, which is a bit of a trick if you"ve never done it. I will suggest that you either get the full manual for the mower OR find someone locally to show you how to do it.
