Can't find out for sure, but it does make sense that may be related to the end plate. I didn't know how the oil completed it's cycle, but from what you guys are saying it has to go though the aux valve to complete it's cycle. Another thing that puzzles me, is that on the end plate the plug is the side of the plate not on top like I see on the spec sheets. The 3 holes in the pump do line up though, maybe there were a few made like that.
