Yes, the belts seem to be tensioned properly. Is there a method of tensioning the belts? I just tightened them so they are good and snug so they won't slip and seems to work fine. I noticed,though,that the Woods instruct indicate leaving one side loose for right hand throw. That did not seem to make sense to me. Your methodology of sharpening blades makes sense to me and I may give it a try along with other comments forthcoming. And yes, we are running at full throttle...
