I don't know if this has any bearing on your particular question or not...just an observation of my own "A" that WAS prompted by your question.
The "center" of RR on my A is cast ( NOT added weights), whereas the center of LR is steel.
This obviously makes the RR heavier than LR and could affect traction. I can't comment further as tractor has not run (under the shed now) in several years and I only used for raking and pulling light utility trailer.
