The tractor has a torque converter like an automatic transmission on a car, so technically your tractor is hydraulically driven. I don't know if it has a clutch at all. What you call the clutch pedal is probably actually a foot-inch pedal, that allows you to inch the tractor forward or back in a controlled fashion with your foot.
