Tricycle front off a C or Super C should work. Wheels and rims are different. C and SC have a cast wheel with the rim held on by 3 bolts. 504 has a flanged 6 bolt hub. May need to some bearing juggling, don't know.
11.5/38????? maybe 11.2x38 Probably OK. Mine has 13.6x38s on it. Looks good. Think it is the stock size. 14.9s are TOO big for such a little tractor.
