I have the same problem getting on my A, B, and Cub. It seems that back then the IHC engineers forgot the fact that people need to get on and off these tractors. At least with the C's and above you can get on from the rear and side, but with the smaller tractors, as someone said, you need to be dropped in from above with a sky hook. I usually get on from the back, but sometimes get on from the side. Either way you have to get your feet under the steering wheel. I am not a large person, so I think it would be really difficult if you were a larger person. Roger
